Balfour Beatty was awarded a £7m contract to design and build a coastal protection scheme at Sandsend near Whitby.

The construction of the coastal defences was recorded with both ground and high resolution UAV drone images.

In addition to engineering/marketing the photography was used for public relations keeping the local community informed of progress.
