Russell Hobbs enlisted the help of two Michelin starred chef James Close chef patron of the Raby Hunt Restaurant in demonstrating the use of small kitchen appliances in the preparation of two unique dishes.

Photography was undertaken during a very busy day working alongside a television crew. Having successfully completed the commission, James requested photographs be taken for his own restaurant’s marketing for his hand made chocolate skulls – which are served in the restaurant in a humidor.
